1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after receiving the payment confirmation.

Transit Time: 9–13 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (EST / GMT-05:00)

You will get an email confirmation along with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. International Shipping & Delivery Time

We provide global shipping to the majority of countries.

Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 16 business days
(Delays can occur by reason of customs or logistics circumstances.)

3.Shipping Charges

We provide flat-rate shipping on all international orders:

Flat Shipping Rate: $5 USD

Free shipping could be provided under special promotional campaigns or on specific products.

Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has been shipped.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Foreign orders can be charged customs duties or import taxes based on the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in your buying price and need to be paid by the receiver.

5. Tracking Information

All shipments include a trackable shipping method.
After we send it out, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can trace your shipment status.
